Orders
We aim to pick and pack your gear within 24 hours of receiving your order. Orders will be dispatched 24-48 hours after confirmation. Our warehouse team works around the clock to have freshly printed tees & hoodies ready for packing.
Orders made over the weekend and NZ public holidays will be picked, packed & dispatched the following Monday (or next business day).

- New Zealand - EVERYWHERE $10
- FREE shipping for orders over $600 NZD
International:
- Australia: $30 Overnight* - 3 working days (metro areas only), $25 - 4+ working days, FREE shipping for orders over $275 NZD
- Pacific Islands: 3+ working days $10
- USA & Canada: $35 (URGENT) - 2-4 working days, $30 - 5+ working days, FREE shipping for orders over $275 NZD
- UK & Europe: $40 (URGENT) - 3-5 working days, $45 - 6-10 working days, FREE shipping for orders over $275 NZD
- Rest of the World: 5+ working days $80
Additional Charges for International Orders
International orders may attract local customs taxes or duties on arrival to your country. These taxes/duties are required to be paid by the purchaser and are not the responsibility of twosevenfive clothing. No refunds will be issued for orders where tax/duties remain unpaid by the purchaser. Please check with your local Customs agency regarding the tax/duty likely to be charged prior to ordering.

How long does my order take?
- Australia: Overnight* - 3 working days (metro areas only)
- USA & Canada: 2-4 working days on urgent

Do you deliver to a PO Box? Please note WE DO NOT ACCEPT P.O. BOXES as a delivery address. If you are using a P.O. Box, please enter in your local post office address as you will be able to collect your package from their facility.
How can I track my order? In your email, you will find your tracking link from either one of our two shipping partners. Following your individual tracking link, you will have an available contact number for your local office to make any queries.
What if I am not home? Contact the local customer services from one of our two shipping partners to make a change to your delivery method.
- NZ: Contact NZ Post, have your tracking number ready during your phone call as your reference. Log onto their website to change your delivery method: NZ Post Tracking.
- International: DHL Express has their On Demand Delivery feature enabled on all tracking numbers, allowing you to select your delivery method via your own tracking link. Alternatively, visit DHL Tracking and track your shipment online.
- Australia: If the above is not working for you, call DHL: 13 14 06.
My order is late? Please understand that the estimated delivery times above are only estimates and are not guaranteed. We recommend that customers order well in advance for situations where an order needs to arrive by a particular date. We do not accept responsibility or offer refunds for delays in delivery.

Please ensure your address details are correct as twosevenfive clothing takes no responsibility for deliveries made to addresses entered in error.
